Learning Together for Pleasure
Southlakes U3A is part of the world-wide U3A movement. U3A stands for University of the Third Age, and essentially creates a space for folk who no longer work full time, to learn and socialise. We are a volunteer co-operative of older people who share many educational, creative and leisure activities. There are no prerequisites other than the desire to learn, and share.

We offer a range of courses and activities.
Courses and activities are of varying lengths and are held in venues throughout our area. Prospective tutors for new classes are always welcome, too. Learn more about our classes, or find out how to enrol.
Membership
Join or renew your membership
Membership entitles you to enrol in as many courses as you like*. We offer full or associate memberships, as well as options allowing members to take courses at other U3A's. Find out how to join (*subject to any enrolment period restrictions)
